Only 3-day activities listed on the timeline and editing program are allocated for 2 hours. The exhibition and competition mentioned in the timeline was not clearly described in the proposal. In main challenges, it was mentioned the program aims to empower student teachers - further down in the whole proposal, the teachers as participants are not explained or targeted. Does Wiki Kent Club plan to empower teachers who have joined the Club? Or wider teacher communities?
2) Does the applicant have the experience (technical / organizing) capacity to implement this project? Does the applicant or team have experience on target Wikimedia projects?	TO SOME EXTENT Further explanation While the application captures the roles of the team, it does not provide further details on the past experience of the team member to perform the role.
3) Does this proposal have support from Wikimedia community members? Has there been sufficient engagement of community members through the endorsement and feedback process? 6) Questions or feedback to the applicant based on your review	We need a response to these questions 1. Could you please provide a direct link to your timeline? With more detailed breakdown? Our initial assessment is that the current timeline does not align with the activities outlined in the proposal. It only includes three-day activities, and the editing program is scheduled for one day only. Additionally, the exhibition and competition mentioned in the timeline are not clearly explained in the proposal. 2. Under the main challenges, the proposal states that the program aims to empower student teachers; however, the role of teachers as participants is not clearly described throughout the document. Is Wiki Kent Club intending to support teachers who are already members of the Club, or does it plan to engage and empower a broader teacher community? 3. Based on the baseline data on wikimedia statistics, could you provide specific numbers for baseline data now vs the target number that you hope to achieve based on your project intervention?

2. The primary participants are student teachers (siswa guru) specialising in Kadazandusun language, particularly members of the Wiki Kent Club. The programme also allows wider community participation, including other teachers and community members at KDCA, to broaden impact.

Thank you for your application and for taking time to respond and also for taking in the revisions as suggested. Congratulations, your application has been approved in the amount of MYR 10,203 from 15 April 2026 to 30 August 2026.

I extended the implementation timeline. If you complete your project ahead of time, please feel free to submit your final report early via Fluxx.
Through the application and based on your responses, we are still unable to get further clarity on a) the purpose of the exhibition and how it links to the edit-a-thon b) how this project is built on previous project learnings c) how the projects collectively are building a sustainable impact d) the grant amount requested seem outsized compared to the expected output in terms of net content contribution.
Please revise your budget to match the approved amount (above) by adding a new tab and label it revised; do share the link on your talkpage as well.
