Managers[edit]

A dozen managers? And one person is responsible for "Design, identity and communication". Too many managers. Also, why does "money transfer" cost $250? Are you converting currency? In that case it should be a percentage. $710 for hosting (not including web design) also seems like a lot. And one of the goals:

9 months after the contest has ended, at least 25 new users become active contributors (5 edits per month in any of the Wikimedia projects)
