Report accepted[edit]

Hello Abubakar A Gwanki, thanks for submitting the final report for your project. It's great to hear that you've reached all initial targets. I reviewed the report and have a few questions:

  • What tools did you use to track participants' contributions? Could you please share the project page where you've tracked these contributions?
  • Could you please specify the type and number of graphic visuals you have created for this event? Did you share all these files on Wikimedia Commons?
  • How did you use the contingency costs?

Thanks again for running this project! I'm happy to accept the final report for it. This grant is now completed! Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 07:27, 8 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi DSaroyan (WMF), Thank you for reviewing my report. Here is the answer for your questions

  • I tried to use the Dashboard tool to track the Participants contributions but as a result of many participants are new users will find it difficult to access the Dashboard, which is why I left it. Since they are usually on the day they create an account we support them with how to edit. And our experience editors put a lot of effort into editing during the event.

  • I have created flies and certificate 50 each, and I have uploaded them to Commons, flies, certificate and some pictures during the event are in this Category
  • I use the contingency cost for phone contacting participants vis phone call and bank fee.

Thank you very much Best Regards -Abubakar A Gwanki (talk) 05:08, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
