Hello Cnyirahabihirwe123, thanks for submitting your application to run the SheSaid campaign in Rwanda. I reviewed the application and have the following questions:

  • Could you please confirm that this is an individual type grant and it is not requested on behalf of planned Wikimedia User Group Rwanda? Could you also confirm that you don’t hold any leading position at this group?
  • As requested, kindly notify the Rwandan community about this grant in advance and add these links to your grant application.
  • Please reduce the number of T-shirts, offering them only to project leads and top contributors.
  • How many small gifts and certificates do you plan to distribute?

I applied as an individual but since I hold a leading post in the group, I would like to amend and make it a group grant application.

alright, we have reduced from 20 to 10 people who include the organizing team and the top contributors.therefore the final is :

T-shirts:$10 x 10 = $100

  • How many small gifts and certificates do you plan to distribute?

we plan to give gifts to all 20 participants,which implies that certificates will be given to the 20 participants and the same applies to simple gift souvenirs.
