• Could you please respond to the questions #6? We need you to respond to this question in order to move forward with your proposal.
• Do you or anyone at your team have experience running campaigns on social media and specifically on Instagram?
• Could you please provide a more detailed breakdown of the following expense: Video Equipment Hiring and Editing.
• How are you going to make sure that the participants learn more about contributing to Wikipedia?

Thank you so much DSaroyan (WMF) for your response and for reviewing this. My response to your question follows:

• I have responded to the question #6 now on the grant page as most of the project execution process will be online and only the interview with random individual on the street of Lagos will be on the street which is less than 10 people still.
• Yes, I have experience in Instagram advert as I have done it so well in the past and manage various organisation social media handles.
• For the breakdown of the expenses on Video equipment Hiring and Editing, see below:
  • Renting of videos equipment and handler which include Camera, lenses, microphones e.t.c at the rate of 150$ every week for 4 weeks which is a total of 600$.
  • Video editing service weekly at $100 every week for 4 Weeks which is a total of 400$.
  • Printing of briefs at 10$
  • Sum total 1,010$
• We will ensure that participants know more about Wikipedia by distributing Wikipedia editing guidelines brochure to all of our interviewees and also creating a WhatsApp group for all of our contest partipants so proper follow up on contributing to Wikipedia can be shared. Also to add, this project is mainly to bring awareness to one area which most Nigerians don't know about Wikipedia which is the art of contributing to Wikipedia as this will bring more awareness and information.Dfertileplain (talk) 17:52, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

Request for Report Extension

Hello DSaroyan (WMF) and thank you so much for granting the grant request.

The project has been super successful and thus completed but not being able to come up with a report as some of the winners haven't send in their prize-claim video and so waiting on them so I can finalize the project report but now due.

so please, if you will give me additional one month (till May 4th) so i can collate all the videos and then prepare the report.
