Comments from I JethroBT (WMF)[edit]

Hi Sahaquiel9102, thank you for submitting your final report and apologies for our delayed review. Congratulations on organizing the first photo contest about the heritage of Esperanto-related monuments and places all around the world. I've accepted your report, and have a few comments and questions:

  • I noted that there’s 36 USD of remaining funds. Since the amount remaining is very small, I confirm that you can retain this amount and use it toward any mission-aligned activities.
  • We’re excited to see that there are over 200 images uploaded to Commons as a result of this contest. Would you please edit the report adding the link to the contest category of Commons? Additionally, could you add the winner photos to the report?
  • Given the importance of this project in documenting Esperanto-related heritage, could you please share with us the usage of the contest images on Wikimedia projects?
  • When advertising on social media, did you target specific community groups? What are those groups? Would you share some numbers on the size of the audience you reach using social media ads?

Thank you again for organizing this photo contest! Best regards, I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 07:08, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi JethroBT! Thanks for reviewing thi report and for approve it.
  • I added to the report a link to the campaign in Commons and a gallery with the winner photos.
  • According to the tool GLAMorous 2 the total file usage of the category represents the 53.5% of all the files uploaded. That is 88 distinct files used.
  • That time we didn't use Facebook to publish the add. We publish an add in the main Esperanto-magazine but we don't have numbers of the reached public.

Thanks again for your work! --Sahaquiel9102 (talk) 18:50, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
