Report accepted[edit]

Hello Masssly, thanks so much for submitting this comprehensive report, I enjoyed reading it! This report outlines the quality of the organized contest and your overall work on the project; I’m truly amazed with the outcomes and achieved goals from the Sixth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana contest. I’m accepting your report and expense documentation with the following questions and comments:

  • First of all, I am really sorry for the unacceptably long delay of the application review process that made you reschedule the contest and caused other difficulties.
  • Congratulations on meeting and exceeding your targets! It is unbelievable that you edited around 52K content pages. Are some of these edits automatically or semi-automatically made?
  • Kudos to the organizing team and all volunteers. Please extend my gratitude to all of them! By the way, you’ve got cool photos on Commons and Tweeter.
  • In your expense documentation I noticed that you have paid a graphic designer for the poster design. Please note that graphic designer expenses are considered as compensation for people’s time, and are currently ineligible expenses per the Rapid Grant guidelines. Since this is not clearly stated on the guidelines page, I’m making an exception this time, but in the future, please make sure to avoid making such expenses. Non complying with the guidelines can make you ineligible for future funding.

This grant is now marked as complete. Thanks again for all your work and dedication! Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 13:56, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
