Hello Rkushnick, thank you for your grant request. I have one question for you regarding the honorariums. We no longer allow giving cash to other individuals from grant funds. Would you be able to provide gift cards to presenters and artists instead? It can be a visa gift card if that works for you. Hi WJifar (WMF) Unfortunately, it is not the Museum's policy to provide gift cards as payment for honorariums. I have updated our proposed budget to reflect the costs without the honorariums. While we understand you cannot provide funds for cash to individuals, we are grateful for your consideration of our request, and hope you will consider supporting this important initiative.

  1. Food and drink = $750
  2. Miscellaneous supplies, printing costs, photographer = $350
  3. Local travel costs for presenters/artists = $100
  4. Shop merchandise by women artists to recognize exceptional contributions = $200

Total = $1,400 USD
