@Juandev: Thanks very much also for a great summary of your outcomes in improving and releasing builds of the the VicuñaUploader, as well considerations on challenges related to the management of mass uploading tools. I also appreciate the difficulty in navigating some conflicts the development of this tool between volunteers and this project. In the future, it will be important to engage with other volunteer programmers to prioritize tasks and potentially work on a proposal together before submitting a proposal, as it can sometimes lead to situations like this.

I'm also happy to note that work related to the Mass uploader proposal submitting in the 2022 Community Wishlist Survey will be supported by some of our Product teams as noted here.
