Hi, Maffeth Opiana; thank you for all your work on WLE 2018 in the Philippines, as well as for all your work to submit this final report and the prolonged back and forth regarding expense documentation. I have reviewed both and accepted them! I also confirm that there was no underspend in this grant.

Comments for future initiatives

  1. You had a lot of outreach activities! In the future, how can you be more strategic about how you spend your efforts? Should you, for example, target photography or nature groups for WLE?
  2. You mentioned that Biplab helped you with tools and selection criteria to decide on winners. What will you do going forward to continue developing criteria that work well in the Philippines?
  3. You mentioned that two categories were being used -- is there a way to avoid this in the future?
  4. What strategic collaborations can you start for the next edition?
