Comments from WMF[edit]

Hello, jennnedy, thank you for submitting this grant report and for organizing a Art + Feminism edit-a-thon at Queen's University. I have a few comments and questions that you can find below:

  • From your financial report I could see that there is 130 CAD (approximately 100 USD) remaining funds. Are you planning to organize another Art + Feminism activity in 2020, so we could allocate this amount to another project?
  • Even though you did not reach your initial goal of having 50 participants on the day of event, it seems like you have had a productive event! Would you please update this report adding a link to the edited articles? If you have used outreach dashboard to track the articles, please provide a link to the dashboard instead.
  • In your grant report you mentioned that this event was the culmination of a semester long course that used Wikipedia. Would you share with us more on the structure of the course or provide a link to the syllabus of the course?
  • In your proposal you projected to have experienced editors and art historians that would support you during the event. How many experienced editors and professionals were presented at your event? Furthermore, how have guest speakers and workshop facilitators support the participants?

Thank you again for this awesome event! Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 08:15, 25 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
