  • As requested, please notify the Hausa community in advance and provide links to on-wiki pages where you have informed your communities about the proposed work.
  • Please add the requested amount in NGN too.
  • The Risk Assessment document you shared is not accessible to us. Please share this document with us.
  • In the detailed budget, could you please add unit numbers and unit prices for all expense items?

Hi Musa Vacho77, thanks for your response. I have some additional remarks:

  • You mentioned that you would offer T-shirt and caps to 10 facilitators. Who are these 10 facilitators? Could you please provide their usernames? What is their role in your project?
  • The cost of hall rental seems higher from what we usually approve for Nigeria. Could you please provide more details about this expense item?
  • Isn't the amount of ~12 USD per person for refreshments high for Nigeria? Do you also plan to offer food or snacks?
  • Your plan is to upload 100 photos to Wikimedia Commons. What kind of photos do you plan to take?
  • The Risk assessment tool spreadsheet is still inaccessible. Please share it with us.

* their roles is as i told u we will be making awareness on Wikipedia some of the facilitators will help in making presentation on the awareness at the event. while some will help in organisning the halls, arrangements and food and snacks.

* we want an accomodating hall so as to go inline with covid 19 protocols. that's with the expense.

* Yes we are also offering food and snacks.

* the photos will be that of the event, the participants, the cake, the facilitators, the presentation of the awareness and some prepared pictures that can be used in an articles.
