Report accepted[edit]

Hi, Niccolò Caranti (OBC), thank you for submitting this final report and your expense documentation. We have reviewed and are approving both!

Congratulations on two successful events! We're happy to hear that you were able to create so many articles, despite having fewer participants than anticipated. Getting the estimated number of people to participate can be difficult and, as you experienced, events with lots of new editors can be very different from events with lots of experienced editors. As you noted in your Learning section, for future events you can think about what kind of audience you want to attract and then plan your goals around that.

We will now process and issue your reimbursement for 1,612.50 EUR for this grant. I will follow up with by email about that.

Thank you for all your hard work on this grant and for sharing what you learned with WMF and the community!

@LSmith (WMF): Thank you! Please remember that we have remaining funds from another grant, so we should receive 1,612.50 EUR - 80 EUR = 1,532.50 EUR --Niccolò "Jaqen" Caranti (OBC) (talk) 09:02, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
