Hi omorodion1, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. I have reviewed your proposal and have a few questions and requests about the budget:

Venue - which venue do you plan to rent?
Communication and Graphics - what will this expense cover? Please provide a more detailed breakdown
Miscellaneous - please reduce this expense to 20,000 NGN and update the total requested budget.
Data provision for participants after the event - what will this cost include?

Thank you DSaroyan (WMF) for taking time to review my grant request. Below is my response to your comments and query.

Venue - I intend to rent a hall for hosting of the two day physical event.
Communication and Graphics - The expense will cover the cost of graphic designs and printing of banner (2 unit of Drop banner at the rate of NGN5,000/ unit) = NGN20,000; 100 units of fliers (NGN10,000).
Miscellaneous - I have reduced the expense to NGN 20,000 as suggested. The total requested budget has been updated to reflect this change.
Data provision for participants after the event - This will include the cost of provision of internet data for participants who would have shown high commitment to continue to contribute Wikipedia. I believe this will serve as a motivation for the participants to continue editing after the event. Each receiver of the data will be assigned a specific task as a means of measuring the use of the data.
