Questions from WMF[edit]

Hi, jeblad, thank you for submitting this rapid grant request. Before we can review it, would you please complete a budget table? Even if the only expenses you will incur are reimbursements for your time, please fill one out with the hours you estimate spending on the project and your hourly rate. Please note that we have received a high volume of grant applications, which is delaying our review process. We appreciate your patience and will respond to your request as soon as possible. Please watch this page for comments and questions, and let us know if you have any questions. Best regards, LSmith (WMF) (talk) 00:15, 4 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This process will probably take a long time, especially if it is delayed on community consensus. It seems like the community consensus is that something should be done, but it diverge on what this should be. — Jeblad 08:32, 4 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Withdrawn[edit]

It is consensus at nowiki,[1] and it seems like the consensus is sufficient for the proposed solution. In my opinion the project could (and should) be done. Some users resists nearly all changes to the language codes in any form, so it should at least not be put in production right now. That is the reason why I have withdrawn the proposal. — Jeblad 22:40, 30 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
