Hi SQL, and thanks for this request and for inviting community feedback on the importance of the API service provided by IPQualityScore. While I'm not a checkuser on my volunteer account on English Wikipedia, I am well aware of the importance of limiting and preventing disruption from open proxy accounts. I think this request is a good fit for Rapid Grants, as it serves an important function for admins to support the maintenance of our projects. and have summarily approved it. I wanted to follow-up on some comments from MusikAnimal in the endorsements section that you tried to contact IPQualityScore about getting free quota, as this is something I'd like to explore further, but I will contact you both over e-mail to discuss this further.
