Hello Serieminou, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. I’m excited about your plans to run a series of events in terms of the SheSaid campaign! I have a few questions for your review:

Have you already notified the Cameroonian community about this event? If yes, please provide links to on-wiki pages where you have informed these communities about your proposed work. Kindly add this links under question #2.
Could you please confirm that you’ll be having less than 10 participants in each in-person gathering?
We think that the contingency expenses are high. Please reduce them by half.
How many prizes, gifts, or certificates do you plan to offer?

Dear DSaroyan (WMF), thank you for your feedback.

* I have updated the grant request with a link to the message on the Wikimedians of Cameroon User group discussion page, informing the User Group about the project .

* Yes, I will limit the number of participants for in-person gathering to 10. I have updated the refreshment budget for only 10 participants and reduced the contigency expenses by half.

* Three participants will be awarded with prizes. All participants (10-15) who take part in the activities will receive gifts (Notebooks, pencils...). Participants who will take part in at least 3 of 5 online and in-person sessions and actively participate to the SheSaid drive will receive certificates at the end of the project (10).Regards, --Serieminou (talk) 22:40, 13 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), I have updated the grant page with a link to a Covid-19 risk assessment tool because I anticipate we might have more than 10 participants attending one of three in-person sesssions. Is it okay to for me to do it though we might end up having just less than 10?
