Dear LSmith (WMF), thank you for the feedback. I did change the start date to 14th February 2019 so that expenses for accommodation that will have to be reserved very soon are covered. I did also change the end date to June 30th as that is the final days of the World Pride and also the ending date of our project. If there are any further questions please contact me. Best regards, --Sparrow (麻雀) 🐧 10:15, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Sparrow (麻雀), thank you for updating those dates! I have changed the start date to 15 February, since grant cannot have start dates earlier than the date they were proposed. Everything else looks good! Warmly, LSmith (WMF) (talk) 23:34, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Additional Comments from WMF[edit]

Hello Sparrow (麻雀), thank you for submitting this request. I had a follow up question for you regarding the project goals. I see you have listed recruiting new editors; increasing skills for existing editors and improving content; however, I don't see in your impact section or else where how you are going to work towards these goals. Can you please clarify this for me a bit more. For example, you can add more details to your impact section. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 23:24, 19 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Dear WJifar (WMF), thank you very much for the feedback. I added the details of where we are going to work towards these goals in the impact section. I would be grateful to get a final feedback on the funding pretty soon as we would have to book an accommodation and communicate the flight expenses with the respective chapters rather soon. Best regards, --Sparrow (麻雀) 🐧 17:35, 20 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Sparrow (麻雀), thank you for answering the questions. Could you possibly add numbers to how many people you're expecting at the public gathering as well as how many articles you hope to create and/or improve? It sounds like you might have an estimate based on previous similar events. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 23:24, 20 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hello WJifar (WMF), I added the numbers in the impact section. I would expect about 20 people attending the public edit-a-thon and hope for at least 2 new long- term contributors through the project. We created about 40 articles at the first event in Madrid and about 80 at the second event in Stockholm. So we would at least hope to top the 80 created in Stockholm. This is the minimum number we're aiming for.--Sparrow (麻雀) 🐧 10:12, 21 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
