Hello Jadnapac and WCUG Tanzania, thank you for submitting this rapid grant request. We have reviewed it and and have left a few comments below. Please review and respond to them at your earliest convenience.

Comments and Questions[edit]

1.You have 35 participants as your target but only plan to upload 10 files. Can you tell us why you have such a low estimate for the number of files uploaded?
The primary goal of this workshop is to provide knowledge on different types of Licenses used in uploading files into Wikicommons. The secondary goal will be demonstration of how those Licenses are used while uploading files (at least 10 photos will be used for demonstration using different types of Licenses). Thereafter the participants will be allowed to upload their files of interest following Licenses of their choice, hence approx 50+ will be uploaded.Jadnapac (talk) 07:46, 5 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
2.Thank you for including the names of the project organizers. Could you please also edit the application to include their Wiki usernames?
Here is the names with User names Antoni Mtavangu, Aristarik Maro, Emmanuel Malongo -from CC Tanzania and Paaul Mandele

These are one of the active volunteers living outside Dar es Salaam. These are Otto Nyongole, Magoiga Mtatiro and Ebenezer Mlay one of them (Ebenezer) has intention of starting Wiki Clubs at his local areas (Arusha) so the reason they have asked to come is to get more experience with different Wiki projects where possible to fund them
4.I'm sorry it took us a little longer to circle back to you on this project. The project dates have now passed. Will you be able to adjust them to a later date?
