Dear DSaroyan (WMF),

Thanks for your review. Please find below our answers to yours questions :

• The international team asked to add the hashtag #WPWP in the edit summary after adding photo to article. In addition, we’ll create an Outreach dashboard campaign and ask every national participant to register on it and on our local contest meta page (to be created), in order to track our national participation.
• The local organization team will select the contest winners, based on the international contest results and our Outreach Dashboard campaign.
