Hi Olaniyan Olushola. Thank your for this detailed grant report. We're sorry to hear it was a frustrating experience and that the outcomes were not what you were hoping for. Finding reliable, engaged partners is definitely the key to success of these types of projects and being able to assess the potential of a partner is something that is learned over time. Having access to higher levels of authority in the institution can be helpful in getting more commitment, but also a more thorough vetting process from the beginning will help. Did having a series of workshops support better skill building than you have experienced in the past with 1-2 day workshops? How did the mentorship process go?
