Hi Bile_rene, thanks again for submitting this Rapid grant application and for running the WPWP campaign in Cameroon. I reviewed the proposal and have a few questions and requests:

  • Since you are planning to hold in-person events, please respond to question #6.
  • How many T-shirts do you propose to offer organizers and participants?
  • In your budget you have an item called “Covid 19 tools”. Could you please explain what you meant by it?

For question #6, we didn't answering because of WLE answer; there is same answer. If needed, we would report and give to you the sheet.
About T-shirts we propose to offer 2 for organizers and 9 for participants. Isit small?

  • Please link the Risk Assessment tool in question #6.
  • Please reduce the top 1st prize to 200 USD.
  • Kindly make changes to the prize budget or number of T-shirts, so that the total budget for prizes and T-shirts does not exceed 400 USD. (Current budget: T-shirts - 9*9.26 USD; Prizes - 361.1 USD).

We engage more than 9 participants, or more than 4 participants. Give to each participant T-shirt is a motivation and give to him satisfaction to be a part of organization. When I've put 9 t-shirts, the number was reduce too much. Please, when we apply to grant, on some aspect, we've making many reductions. Hello DSaroyan (WMF), Concerning this grant, Please could we modify the amount? It is about 1776$ as there is on ressource's amount.
