Ineligible for review
Thank you so much for all of the visioning and effort you have put into this proposed project idea. As we have discussed by email and in our call, in learning your role in the User Group in Uganda, we are not able to fund this project through Project Grants because we ask User Groups to use one funding pathway for pursuing grants through the Wikimedia Foundation -- either Simple Annual Plan Grants or Project Grants. Because the User Group is already receiving funding through Simple APG, we ask that you work with Woubzena Jifar, the Simple APG program officer to further discuss possibilities for this project. Woubzena and I have already touched base about this and she is prepared to engage with you.
I wish you good luck with your project. I enjoyed talking with you and Joan.
