Feedback on your report

[edit]

Dear Robert Radke,

Thank you for submitting this report. I am just following up to make sure you know that your report is not considered complete until the outcome requirement is met. The podcast you have planned is a fine way to meet the outcome requirement. Please post on this talk page and let us know when you have added and a link and we will review your report at that time.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Warm regards,

--Marti (WMF) (talk) 17:30, 9 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi again, Robert Radke,
I'm following up because it appears that your report has not been revised to include an outcome report. We can't accept this report and process your reimbursement until the report is complete. Can you let us know if you need any help completing your report?
Kind regards,
--Marti (WMF) (talk) 18:27, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

sorry for the long process

[edit]

I'm sorry but the maker of the podcast is temporarily not available due to an illness. I Don't want to write details here. I'm in contact with him.

Best Robert

Dear Robert Radke,
Thanks for following up. We won't be able to review your report until the outcome requirement is met. In light of what you have shared about the podcast maker's illness, do you want to make an alternate outcome plan? If so, here again is what our guidelines say:
"In your report, you will be asked to tell us how your funds were spent, and provide a link to one outcome from your participation. Instead of writing a detailed account of the event in your report, we want you to share the benefits of your participation more widely with the community. Your outcome could be a learning pattern to teach others something you've learned, a link to something new that was co-created by you and your fellow participants at the event, or a blog post you wrote to share your experience with others after the event."
If you prefer to wait until the podcast maker is well enough to proceed with the podcast, please be aware that we won't be able to review your report in the meantime and your reimbursement cannot be processed.
Let us know if you have any questions!

Final question about your outcome

[edit]

Dear Robert Radke,

Thank you for submitting this outcome. Since the podcast is in a language I don't speak, would you be willing to give me a brief summary of what it covers? You don't need to go into detail--a few bullets will do. Among other things, for the purpose of closing out your report, I need you to confirm that you shared about your experience at SMWCon Fall 2016 in the podcast.

Thank you!

Warm regards,

--Marti (WMF) (talk) 17:01, 13 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

  6. How documents interfer in handling them in a useful way (knowledge is hidden within documents)
  7. Chess (I'm a chess player and arbiter)
  8. SMWCon - Great content but mostly developers join. So no feedback from a community
  9. Schoolix - a social network for the classroom
  10. no lobbying (in Germany) for Wikis
  11. A German encyclopaedia for children with sign on
  12. Opportunities for Wikis
  13. Wikis under the beacon Wikipedia

Dear Robert Radke,

It was absolutely delightful for us to read your summary of your podcast.  :-) Thank you for providing so much detail (more than was required and we enjoyed it!). I appreciate your willingness to help with translation given my own language limits.

I am approving this report now.
