Hi nwhysel, thank you for submitting this report; it is accepted. Congratulations on receiving an invitation to present at the 2017 Information Architecture Summit in Vancouver! The committee sees value in this opportunity for more in-depth engagement going forward, since the “gentle, social introduction” approach seems unlikely to produce much engagement without more robust follow-up. Train the trainers events and a weekend long Editathon related to the conference theme also sound promising.
