Dear Dolphyb

The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Why are the participants uploading images when the target Wikimedia projects are the English and Igbo Wikipedia?

My apologies, it was a typographical error from my end under the impact section but i have made the necessary change to it. Dolphyb (talk) 18:47, 27 July 2024 (UTC)

• Please do not use your other accounts to add as co-facilitators. If you are the only one running the project, there is no need to endorse yourself.

I followed the directive from the WUGN Network and Fan Club NG Leaders WhatsApp group, which stated that if someone other than the leader of your fan club or network applied for a grant, that the leader should endorse and sign the proposal. As the vice president of the Imo State Network, I applied for this grant on her behalf and requested the president's endorsement click here for more information Dolphyb (talk) 19:08, 27 July 2024 (UTC)

• Refreshment is capped at 3,000 NGN per participant. This includes drinks and water.

Acknowledged and made the necessary changes to the grant application. Dolphyb (talk) 18:47, 27 July 2024 (UTC)

• To enhance the grantee experience, the WUGN has decided to provide internet support for the event. A Google sheet will be provided, where all participant phone numbers and service providers will be written. This would be submitted a day before the event and airtime disbursement would be made available on the event date. In line with this new development, the cost for all data should be excluded from your budget
