Explain your plan[edit]
Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you. I have a very old computer, that is very slow to work on. I am a scientist and researcher in the field of coal mining, and a better laptop would help me to continue working on articles about mining and oil and gas industry, creating new and improving existing articles. I cannot afford one, as I had to fled from Donetsk and I am still adjusting to my new life as a refugee.

- I have started more than 20000 articles in Ukrainian Wikipedia
- I gave the permission to use the materials from the Concise Mining Encyclopedia ("Мала гірнича енциклопедія"), a 3-volume Ukrainian language publication (as an editor) at the early stage, when no one in Ukraine did it.
