Explain your plan

• I am a contributor to Wikipedia projects since February 2018. I am now mainly active on Wikipedia Bikol Sentral, and sometimes contributing on Gorontalo Wikipedia. I'm currently temporary admin in Bikol Sentral Wikipedia, and active contributing on it.
• I live in the Philippines, and I'm a simple student from a Catholic school.
• My plan is to improved Bikol Sentral Wikipedia and to increase articles on it.

Currently: Contributing through a low tech mobile phone.

Would try to contribute in:

• Improvement of bcl.wikipedia and to make it at-par with other BCL and Philippine language projects.
• Improve corresponding wikidata/wikidata, wikilinks
• Import/update modules and templates to update bcl.wiki
• Improve categorisation of articles/add categories to the articles
• Clear off pending maintenance issues on special pages
• Add more Images to bcl.wiki from commons to improve its look.
• Add new articles to bcl.wiki by translating them from en.wiki/other wikis
• Improve self-working as admin, to make it fast so that, remaining time can be spent on improvements

Affected projects

• I am one of the most active admins on Bikol Sentral Wikipedia. I only use low tech mobile phone to create and edit many articles and sometimes, due to the lag, it is difficult to type many characters. I am one of the member of PhilWiki Community, but since I use low tech mobile phone, it is hard to visit the main page to see updates.
