Help:账户恢复

如果您已无法访问您的维基媒体账户，“恢复账户”最简单的方法就是创建一个新账户，并将新账户的用户页链接到旧帐户。如果您想恢复对账户的访问权限，您可以通过一个名为Zendesk的帮助中心平台向维基媒体基金会的信任与安全团队请求帮助。

填写账户恢复表单

• If you know the password to the account, attempt to log in. You may be prompted for a verification code sent to your email. If you do not receive that code, you may follow the given link to the Account Recovery form. Fill in your information.
  • 请注意，您在此表单填写的信息会发送到名为Zendesk的第三方平台。发送到Zendesk的信息受其隐私政策所约束。
• 确认您的电子邮件地址。请查看您电子邮件的收件箱，点击您所收到验证邮件内的链接，以提交您的账户恢复请求。
