I thought I'd make some comments on the updates I just posted to this TeX source. All of these changes were in the section "Special Characters".

  1. Ampersands were left as apersands instead of & - so MediaWiki was displaying the special character, not the TeX source to display the special character.
  2. The commands \oe and \o needed another \ after them (escaping the space after the command) so that there was a space between the displayed character and the descriptive text.
  3. The possibly controvercial one: I undid the changes by a previous person who changed "acute" to "aigu" and "circumflex" to "circonflexe". It looks to me like this was a change to a different language, but since the rest of the document is in english I thought this should stay in english. However - it is possible that this was a change to more technically correct terminology?
