- Working on digitisation and wikisouce grant.
- Workshop for women groups on Wikisource,
- Co-ordinating Tulu community team in oral preservation under Enhancing Indic oral culture on Wikimedia Projects.
- Motivating community members to organise workshops in different colleges. Supporting them to connect colleges, visiting the colleges on the day of training to help them in organising the workshop.

Which track are you most interested in and why?
[edit]- Track 1 - I plan to strengthen my community by organising workshops and evaluating their impact through quality outcomes, gender-wise participation of valid editors, and retention analysis. To strengthen the student group.
Tell us about one Wikimedia program, campaign, or initiative you’ve contributed to in a leadership role
[edit]- Tulu Wikisource live. Local language training programme organised for all Tulu wikimedian's to get Tulu Wikisource. Digitisation and relicensing of books. Organised workshops in different colleges.
What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain from this training?
[edit]- Technical tools, Evaluation methods, Skills in organising a partnership campaign. Knowledge and skills to initiate one more project to our community. Knowledge of validating the Wikipedia articles.
- To coordinate different libraries regarding digitisation. Technics/ways of approaching authors or publishers. Project management.
Based on your selected track, what is one challenge you have encountered in either evaluating Wikimedia programs or designing impactful projects? Please share your experience relevant to your chosen track.
[edit]- Evaluating Wikimedia programmes. While evaluating Wikimedia programmes, I need to ensure a meticulous assessment so that editors/contributors are retained. Creating usernames for multiple new editors at once is a major organisational challenge.
How do you plan to apply what you learn after the event?
[edit]- Gather community members and organise a training session online or offline.
- Keeping track of new editors for their active participation in wiki projects. Trying to introduce as many projects to the new editors and identifying their interest in one of the suitable projects.
