[edit]- I am currently Chief Executive Officer at Boli Cheto Foundation, working on strengthening the Wikimedia Movement in India. I also lead the project supporting Gondi & Kolami Communities supported by Wikimedia Foundation.
- I am contributing to Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos as a Jury Member since 2022.
- I am an organizer and jury member for the Feminism and Folklore campaign. I have successfully organized and contributed to the initiative, while also supporting strategy-building for the Telugu Wikimedia community. Through these efforts, I helped the community secure leading positions in the global rankings for Feminism and Folklore 2024 and 2025.
- I advocate for the participation of youth & underrepresented gender groups on Telugu Wikimedia, I support various members through the local chapter "Tewiki Yuva".

Which track are you most interested in and why?
[edit]- I am most interested in the “Project Design Challenge – From Learning to Action” track, as it closely aligns with my current work of designing and implementing community-driven projects in cultural documentation and language preservation. This track will help me strengthen my skills in project framing, strategy building, and turning learnings into actionable initiatives that create sustainable and long-term impact for marginalized and Indigenous communities.
Tell us about one Wikimedia program, campaign, or initiative you’ve contributed to in a leadership role
[edit]- I have served as an organizer and jury member for the Feminism and Folklore campaign, where I successfully coordinated activities and supported strategic planning for the Telugu Wikimedia community. These efforts enabled the community to achieve leading positions in the global rankings for Feminism and Folklore 2024 and 2025.
Alongside this, I actively advocate for youth and underrepresented gender participation on Telugu Wikimedia, mentoring and supporting contributors through the local chapter Tewiki Yuva. Beyond Telugu, I also support the Gondi and Kolami communities in documenting their languages and cultures on Wikimedia platforms, helping them build visibility and representation in the digital space.
Through these experiences, I learned the importance of combining strategic leadership with community empowerment, ensuring that global campaigns translate into lasting local impact for both mainstream and marginalized communities.
What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain from this training?
[edit]- I hope to strengthen my skills in project design, evaluation, and storytelling to create sustainable Wikimedia initiatives. I aim to enhance leadership and mentoring abilities to better support youth, underrepresented gender groups, and marginalized language communities like Gondi and Kolami, ensuring impactful, inclusive, and measurable community outcomes.
Based on your selected track, what is one challenge you have encountered in either evaluating Wikimedia programs or designing impactful projects? Please share your experience relevant to your chosen track.

How do you plan to apply what you learn after the event?
[edit]- I plan to apply the learning by designing sustainable projects, mentoring communities, and enhancing inclusive Wikimedia participation.
