Scholarship Criteria
[edit]While finalising participants, we applied the following guiding questions to ensure a fair and thoughtful selection:
- Does the participant show consistent and impactful on-wiki contributions?
- Do they have experience with Wikimedia/community programs or leading initiatives?
- For Evaluation Track: Can they handle data, surveys, and communicate results clearly?
- For Design Track: Do they bring creative, practical, and relevant ideas?
- Are they motivated, with clear goals and community impact in mind?
- Can they collaborate well with peers and manage feasible plans?
Reviewers
[edit]All the reviewers are highly experienced, with backgrounds in evaluating national and international scholarship applications. They bring deep knowledge of Wikimedia programs, community engagement, and leadership development, ensuring that the selection process was fair, balanced, and aligned with the initiative's goals. Their diverse expertise helped identify participants who could contribute meaningfully and benefit from the program.
