Starting by teaching good manners? Explaining what you are doing (maybe in the talk page), contributing to existing content in a constructive way (not disrupting everything), understanding what you are here for (universal knowledge, not your biography, company and music group)...
It is not very easy to understand it for a non-English speaking person or not proficient; it is only text-based.
In the first pillar related to being an encyclopedia it doesn’t explicitly say that Wikipedia articles are not scientific articles.
In the second pillar related to neutral point of view it states "Don’t suggest that one version of the story is "the truth" or "the best" but it doesn't say that points of views need to be proportionate and with the right relevance.
There should be an explanation of what notable means.
Not sure it is a good recommendation "Those sources don’t have to be in English, and they don’t have to be online"; it is probably more convenient to write "Those sources should be preferably in English on Wikipedia in English, and accessible online".
An hot dog stand is unlikely to be notable outside of Wikipedia in English.
It is strange to talk about different pages and not visualising them.
Do the instructions work both on desktop and mobile? I think there should be examples of the different visualisations (most people in the word browse the Internet on mobile only)
