Deliberation

  • Audit report completed for last two years
  • Filing of these reports yet to be done
  • We should get B12 certificate before that. This is to be done with state govt. Some expenses involved. We should start work towards that.
  • We can apply for FCRA after that. We have to open an account with SBI, Delhi for that.
  • Making policy on using KWUG name for projects/grants -
    • If a person wants to apply for any grant OR start any project, KWUG Executive committee must be informed and permission must be taken to the name KWUG.
    • This will help in writing the project in KWUG's reports
    • The proposal regarding the project or individual representation should inform the community in advance and ensure that it is added to the Wikipedia page and Meta
