- Content Goal: Clear objective to double the number of articles and ultimately graduate from the Incubator.
- Content Focus: Interest in creating articles about cultural institutions and translating existing French/English content.

Identified Challenges & Support Needs
[edit]- Critical Access Barrier: Lack of consistent internet connectivity is the primary blocker to all activity. Members need internet access to contribute.
- Foundational Skills Gap: Community needs training in the most basic wiki skills: creating an account, editing a page, and creating a simple article.
- Translation & Onboarding: Difficulty in bridging the gap between experienced non-native wiki organizers and new native speaker recruits.
- Resource Mobilization: Need guidance and support to apply for micro-grants for internet data packages to enable participation.
