Below are some examples of survey questions that you might ask in different situations. It is also important to keep in mind how you frame your survey questions.
Background questions[edit]
Questions about the participant themselves.
Activity questions[edit]
Questions about what they do (or did).
Experience questions[edit]
Questions about how they feel (or felt), or what they think, about the specific activities they participated in.
Opinion questions[edit]
Questions about what they think in general about the subject you're interested in, beyond their own specific experiences.
