  • Please only use the editprotected template when there is a specific change to be made, such that an admin merely needs to evaluate and make an edit; it is not a suitable way to request a wholesale rewrite of a javascript, which most admins who respond to editprotected requests will be unable to do. Legacy JavaScript[edit]

Hello! This script has been detected as using deprecated parameters that need to be replaced with the updated version. Examples include addOnloadHook() needs to be replaced with $(); all wgGlobalVariables need to be properly gotten with mw.config.get( 'wgGlobalVariable' ); and addPortletLink needs to be called with mw.util.addPortletLink.   • @MarcoAurelio:, ru:MediaWiki:Gadget-markblocked.js isn't as `broken`, but still has things that will cause it to cease working per MW:ResourceLoader/Legacy JavaScript. This is an extensive and somewhat complicated script, and since I've never used it I'm not entirely sure what it is suppose to do. I've got some RL things I need to take care of first, but I'll pick it apart in the next few days and see if I can't do an appropriate rewrite for it. It may be above my direct level of current ability and if that is the case I will poke some people for assistance or kick it up to someone who can update it. :) - {{U|Technical 13}} (e • t • c) 20:09, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Different notation for partial blocks[edit]
