Why is this user awesome?

Matanya, in 2015, has done a lot of changes to enhance the quality of the code for the Puppet project (a software that defines how Wikimedia servers and applications are configured). He fixed so many issues that he became one of the top contributor and is still one to this day. This week he also quickly reported a massive issue on https://he.wikipedia.org/ , his quick reaction has been the key to limit the damage.
