Global SUL embassy?

I wonder if it has ever been proposed to create a kind of "Global SUL embassy" - a central location where a user owning an SUL can post a desire to take over the name on all Wikimedia projects where it is unattached and local bureaucrats can process the requests from the page. Even if local bureaucrats don't participate directly, clerks could submit the CHU/usurp requests to the local projects on the users' behalf. I think this would help especially for users with limited English who have trouble figuring out the locations and processes for each individual wiki. Thoughts? (If this proposal is malplaced here, please move to the appropriate location). –xeno 16:29, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

If such a page is needed, wouldn't it be simpler to expand the scope of Steward requests/Username changes and add a note that requests for wikis with local bureaucrats will be copied to the appropriate page? Jafeluv 06:47, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

I just wrote an essay...

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I just started an essay, and it needs info from Wikiquote, Commons, Wiktionary and Wikiversity. Kayau WP WB WN 08:37, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

Merging Help Forum

Help Forum is linked from Help:Help but nobody answers there: can we simply merge it to this page and redirect here? --Nemo 17:22, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
