- Mh, I can do the rename, but your current name fits to the pattern of WMF account unlike the new one. Also, you'd need to request rename on every single wiki where you've edits then. -Barras talk 13:20, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
- I chatted with S Page on IRC, there are four wikis that would need a rename, enwiki, mediawikiwiki, testwiki and here on Meta. I can do the last two, as can you, the first two it should be relatively easy to find someone to do the renames. With regards to the pattern of the WMF account, although we can try we already have lots of different variations such as User:Theo (WMF) for User:Theo10011's ex-staff account, User:Philippe (WMF), User:Steven (WMF) etc, so whilst we can try, I don't think one more slight variation will harm, and as S Page's first name is actually just "S", this rename might also reduce some confusion.
