Meta:Community Wishlist managers
Community Wishlist managers are Meta-Wiki users with the technical ability to manage wishes and focus areas in the Community Wishlist. Specific capabilities include:
- Can create and edit focus areas at Special:EditFocusArea
- Can assign wishes to focus areas
- Can change the status of wishes and focus area
- Can manually edit the wikitext of wishes and focus areas
Appointing new Community Wishlist managers
[edit]Existing Community Wishlist managers can make other users Community Wishlist managers at Special:UserRights. For now, there is no formal process for giving these rights to users who are not WMF staff, but that may change based on feedback. Staff who need the rights for their job may either ask existing Community Wishlist managers to assign the rights, or contact Trust and Safety.
