Dear community, I would like to present to you Barras for your consideration as an administrator on Meta. He was an administrator, bureaucrat, checkuser and oversighter on this project, and also a steward on a global scale last time, and these, I believe, are indicators of trust and competence. I have come across his name multiple times while patrolling recent changes; given that he's actively doing counter-vandalism/spam work again, I believe that giving him back the tools will be a huge benefit for Meta.
