Patroller

Hi, I’d like to request patroller rights, mainly for the rollback part of the right. I regularly monitor recent changes and help revert vandalism via SWViewer and RTRC, and having rollback access would allow me to revert many non-constructive edits quickly, especially since many LTAs flock here. I am an active Wikimedia contributor engaged in Wikimedia community activities, documentation, and reporting. Over the past period of time, I have been fairly active in cross-wiki anti-vandalism work, and I have also made a number of reverts on Meta-Wiki. I am also okay with granting the request, as they are quite involved with anti-vandalism/spam activities here, though I do have to note that I have witnessed you pouring out your frustrations on edit summaries before, not just on LTAs but also on a translation if I remember correctly. Just be careful when writing edit summaries and whenever something is frustrating you, calm down and think twice before taking action. Global filter 131 optout: kowiki

Korean Wikipedia filter 1 does the exact same thing as Special:Abusefilter/131 — with slightly higher bar, and also allows for better local exception handling (ie. {{delete}} and equivalent local language handling). I'm somewhat conflicted on this one. I'm conflicted by the fact that you are currently blocked for spam on en, and your last appeal read like a chatbot appeal. Your block included pages that were indicative of paid editing, and you still do not declare a connection to the page, as was required by policy. Hi, I'd like patroller rights to help with countering vandalism on meta-wiki. In addition to xwiki tools like SWV, I often patrol through the abuse log, which includes both the global log and meta's local log, so I see more disruption on meta than most other projects. Rollback would allow me to skip some of the annoying abuse filters like filter 423, and being able to mark pages as patrolled (and see what has already been patrolled) would help in reducing duplication of work. Courtesy ping to M7 who declined my previous request because they thought I should have been autopatrolled for longer before applying. (Note: today I made a mistake while patrolling. Hi, unfortunately per WMF policy, TAIV cannot be granted by an admin until you've made at least 300 edits on Meta-Wiki. Yes! I successfully logged into my old account, but by the time I relogined to my old Wikipedia account, I had lost the Gmail account that was linked to my old Wikipedia account. A day later, I found out that my account had been deleted by Google due to inactivity.
