• In the third point, it should add sentence that implies "with an agreement or deal" if the roles & responsibilites that currently exist are going to be modified wheather in part or whole.
• "Roles & Responsibilites" draft should put the consequences of Roles & Responsibilites itself, if the Wikimedia Movement and their entities are not performed it.
