Open Knowledge: Wikimedia & Research in the CEE Region/Submissions
Programme submissions: 1 May - 7 July (extended)
Programme submissions
[edit]Submitting a program proposal is done by registering for the conference – select the "Presenter" track during registration. Abstracts can be added both during registration and later – after logging in to your participant account.
You will then be asked to submit:
- Title
- Abstract (max 1,000 characters)
- Keywords
- Thematic track (as described in the Programme tab)
- Format of presentation
Language: Due to technical limitations, the form is only available in English and Polish. You can choose to submit a proposal in English, Polish or Ukrainian. If you choose to submit a proposal in Polish or Ukrainian, it will be translated into English (automatically and checked by a volunteer where possible) for the abstract book.
Format: Although the conference will be livestreamed, we expect speakers to present in-person. If this is not possible for you, please contact the organisers.
What happens next?
[edit]Abstracts will be published on the conference website. The programme committee will assess the abstracts after the deadline. We will let you know if your submission is accepted by the end of July.
Please note that the review will be open and publicly available on the conference’s website on Meta Wiki. You (and everyone else) will be able to see the reviewers’ assessment and notes. |
