Will try again when rights get changed or will request a functionary update the link.

With the exception of the one page I cannot edit, all of the updates are completed. Working with Trust and Safety on resolving rights or request needed to delete the pages in need of removal.

Pending page removal, I have "fixed" the incorrect page links so at least things are working as expected in the meantime.

For some reason, there are a few variations of MediaWiki:Privacypage with incorrect default system messages. Will add to extension to override globally - then remove the local overrides:
