Discussion

• PH-WC election
  • As per the By-laws of the association, the annual general meeting shall be held every 3rd week of March. The ad hoc board of trustees decided to hold its first general meeting on the 28th day of March 2018, 6:00 in the evening at Yellow Cab Pizza, Magsaysay Avenue, in Naga City.
  • Everyone in attendance including those who are not physically present in the meeting but wanted to take part in the election is acknowledged to be a member.
  • Thru secret voting, participants listed 5 names among each other. Ramon, Anthony, and Steven communicated their votes online.
  • The voting closed at 8:00 in the evening and 5 members receiving the highest votes were: Irvin, Ramon, Froy, Maffeth and Jusan to serve as trustees for a one-year term.
  • The election of officers will be held to be participated by the 5 trustees.
