While waiting for the Chair, Ralff gave an update on what has been discussed in the official Facebook group chat on the upcoming initiatives of the Community particularly the mural painting activities in different public schools and at the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture in Pili, Camarines Sur. Communication letters have been sent to the target beneficiaries. The mural painting activities which partner Kintab Artists Group includes Cris and Irvin. Irvin gave an update to Ralff on another initiative activity on PhilWiki Community, the translation and localization of modules used in the pilot project Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom.
With the increase in number of members, Irvin proposed to revisit the proposal on creating chapters. Ralff suggested to conduct consultations among the members.
1. Leah gave an update about more membership applications she received from her and other board members' colleagues, and individuals who support the recent and upcoming activities of the Community. The board reviewed their profiles and gave their individual recommendations for approval. Seven (7) new members were admitted to the organization without any objection from the board in attendance. They are required to submit to the Secretary, the accomplished member's information form.
It was decided to end the meeting as it was already 10:22 pm.
