RESOLVED that during the regular meeting by the Board of Trustees of the Corporation held last March 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., where a quorom was present and acted all throughout, the Board of Trustees, by unanimous vote, resolved and approved the 2022-2023 Officers of the Corporation:
